## Frequently asked questions

Where is Team Freight Forwarding located?TFF is located in Joure and at Schiphol. Our Schiphol office is home to air freight experts who help keep costs low. We handle everything ourselves at our warehouse, including screening, airworthy packaging, repacking, and customs procedures.

What types of shipments does Team Freight Forwarding handleFrom shoes and machine parts to organic products: we have a solution for every shipping need. Do we ship everything? Almost! The only exception is cars. For everything else, you can count on us to get it to the right destination.

What are the shipping costs? Our free all-in-one shipping portal ensures full transparency. There are no extra charges for fuel, heavy transport, or other surcharges. All rates are clearly displayed on a concise consolidated invoice, so there are no surprises later.

The cost of your shipment depends on what you’re sending, the destination, size, any special requirements, and the type of transport. Want to know exactly how much your shipment will cost? Request a cost estimate. For a quick and easy rate calculation, you can use our online rate calculator.

Shipping a pallet or container? When shipping large quantities, you typically choose between pallets or containers. The best transport option depends on your destination, delivery timing, shipment size, any special requirements, and your budget. Here are the options:

- Sea Freight: for large shipments by sea, either in containers or as bulk.
- Air Freight: for fast delivery by plane.
- Road Transport: for pallets transported by truck.
- Rail Transport: for container shipments by train.
- International Courier: for urgent shipments with a van, up to about 6 pallets.
